In 2020, we successfully completed the deployment and installation of a comprehensive Cisco Collaboration and Bosch Public Address Evacuation System at the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company (NPDC) Head Office in Edo State. This project was designed to improve communication, ensure rapid emergency response, and foster greater collaboration among NPDC staff.
Scope of Work
The project involved several key components to meet NPDC’s requirements for a high-performance, secure communication system:
- Implementation of Bosch Public Address Evacuation System
To enhance safety and communication in critical situations, we deployed an advanced Bosch Public Address System, which enables:- Real-time public announcements for operational updates.
- Emergency broadcasts and evacuation announcements for swift response during crises.
- A high-quality audio system covering designated areas within the NPDC Head Office to ensure messages are clear and audible.
- Deployment of Cisco Unified Call Manager for Enhanced Collaboration
For optimal staff collaboration, we implemented Cisco Unified Call Manager, a robust call management system that:- Integrates voice, video, messaging, and conferencing, promoting seamless staff communication.
- Provides staff with reliable communication tools for increased productivity and collaboration.
- Supports scalability to accommodate future expansion and additional features as needed.
- System Integration and Testing
Our team ensured smooth integration of the Bosch Public Address System and Cisco Unified Call Manager within the NPDC infrastructure. Post-installation testing was conducted to verify system performance, ensuring:- The public address system met audio clarity and reliability standards.

- Training for NPDC Staff
